About Us
Located in the marshes on the East coast of Lincolnshire we are small scale hobby breeders who's aim is to enjoy and produce good quality, true to type Highland Ponies.

The Stud is owned by both Sally Bushby and myself (Grace Troup) . We pride ourselves on our herd of family friendly ponies who can be loved and enjoyed by the whole family. The Rumach Highland Pony Stud is a 14 year old dream for us, which this year (2016),is finally coming true . We have been involved with the breed for over 18 years now and look forward to not only producing ponies carrying our own prefix but also promoting the breed and hopefully helping to improve breed numbers.

We are working alongside The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust & Natural England using our ponies on our counties nature reserves for conservation grazing purposes.

Our stud prefix derives from the Gaelic 'Rumach' -'Rumaich' meaning Marshland, representing our location.
